"I contacted Nandi after seeing a post on my local village Facebook page of her beautiful arrangements to see if she would be interested in doing the florals for our wedding as I was looking for something different.  From the very first moment she has gone above and beyond to help bring my vision to life and nothing was too much trouble.  We met over coffee where she showed me some examples and we discussed what I liked and what I didn't to come up with the perfect arrangements and she did not disappoint!

Nandi updated me with messages, calls and photos through the whole process and working with her was a real pleasure.  As well as coordinating with our cake maker to create a beautiful topper and posy, Nandi created the most beautiful centerpieces, garland, bouquets, hair combs, flower crowns and buttonholes that were elegant, absolutely stunning and beautifully modern and really worked well with the backdrop of our venue.

Every person both guests, staff and other suppliers were blown away with what she created for us and the best part is they will last forever!  I had guests literally fighting over taking centerpieces home and they all now are taking pride of place across the whole country.  I can't thank Nandi enough for helping to create the most magical day we could have possibly dreamed of and I would highly recommend her services."

"I came across Nandi's page on my local village Facebook page and I was so pleased, I had been looking for a while for bespoke dried/faux florals that were from a reliable source, especially pleased to support a small business.

I contacted Nandi and was greeted with extremely polite customer service throughout, we arranged an initial video call consultation which was organised around me, where I explained what I was looking for and Nandi was able to expertly advise what could work within my budget & piece together my very vague ideas!  Everything was explained in detail and information given on what might happen with the florals on the day i.e. shedding which I wouldn't have known had I ordered online.

After the consultation she sent me a quote which I was extremely pleased with, and was understanding with me when choosing only certain aspects of the quotation and I then sent some inspiration photos of the flowers that were important to me and photos of our wedding outfits so that Nandi could put together a design.  For example I was very keen to include a rose in honour of my grandad.

Once I had made the final payment Nandi got to work on my bouquet and buttonhole, she sent some photos which I was really pleased with, a few tweaks here and there which Nandi was more than happy to do to make it perfect for my special day and allowed me to choose how to wrap the bouquet, I chose twine, the finished product was absolutely stunning and way more than I could've imagined.  It was so reasonably priced considering the amount of work that must've gone into creating such a unique and special piece and I would not hesitate to recommend Thistle44 to anyone for their floral needs and use Nandi again should I need to.

Nandi was really helpful with different delivery options, as she was not local to me but her mum was we had a few options available to either post, hand deliver or collect, but Nandi organised so that I could collect the florals from her mum which was really convenient to me.

They now sit pride of place on my mantle piece to be enjoyed for many more years to come, the very special bonus of choosing to use dried and faux florals, I had so many compliments on them on the day and i really couldn't have asked for a better service from Thistle44, from start to finish.

"We got engaged 21st October 2020 and we asked for recommendations for a florist for our wedding, Thistle44 is the name that popped up the most so we gave Nandi a message. She was so friendly and helpful, we arranged a meeting and she came to our house. We had a bit of a clue about what we wanted our flowers to look like but Nandi knew how to help, she knew exactly what looked good, which flowers worked well together and also told us about little added extras we could have within the bouquets (greenery etc)  She wrote everything down and very promptly got a quote back to us, a quote I may add that was so reasonable for what we wanted to have. Whenever we had any questions she was so quick at getting back to us and helpful with any queries we had. 

I had in my head a picture of what I thought our flowers would look like but on our wedding day Nandi turned up with our flowers - I was speechless, they were more perfect and more beautiful than I ever imagined they'd be. And Nandi added a memory charm for my dad onto the front of my bouquet for my dad who I lost 2 years ago. Everyone has commented on how gorgeous our flowers were from the bouquets to the button holes to the flowers for the tables and flowers as a present for our mums. I honestly would recommend Thistle44 to anyone wanting flowers for any occasion. Nandi is not only so lovely but so professional too, she has a real talent and can turn any flower into a beautiful creation. Thankyou for helping us have one more perfect thing on our day"
